Well, I too have seen competing reports about whether the elderly are #1 in wealth as a demographic, or #2. But nowhere do I see children or generation X listed as wealthier than the elderly, so the reverse robin hood analogy still works. If I had to pay 10K/year to support 50-year olds, I wouldn't be happy either. I have no problem supporting the poor - none whatsoever. The Concord Coalition was bipartisan and did a lot of work on this subject. Its all right there in black and white.
