rjm: I agree, more specific rules in advance

I'm sure tony would have been more specific in the rules ahead of time if he had forseen that people would be using absolutely anything as a discrepency. I personally don't think that he lied if one data source had different info. than a different data source at different times. If you take a look at charts, they are sometimes way off. When I do reports I always state "as per yahoo" or whatever because people have called me out on that before. I once even quoted a news item and everyone called me liar. It seems there'd been a retraction but there was no mention of it in my source so I had no idea. They tried to say I deliberately kept that information hidden. The retraction was just two sentences which didn't matter in the overall article anyway.

So far I personally don't see anything in the discrepencies that is a lie on tony's part of a big difference in material fact. A date being off a few days or a number being off .05 doesn't change the overall view of slph as a possible scam. If a judge were to look at this, he probably would agree that these tiny differences are not slander or libel. This is all just my opinion. I speak for no one but myself. Please email tony for his own opinion.
