This is a story of how Congress relaxes. washingtonpost.com In case you don't get to see it, the article is about a new sports arena with some sort of luxury "MCI Center" which sells seats over the congressional gift level, but magically got the Senate Ethics committee to rule that the seats really didn't violate the gift ban level.
