All IRS personnel are "low level" when compared with the president. The president would normally meet with Treasury officials, who are in charge of the IRS.

But there are countless meetings between Obama and IRS employees and others with whom he should have no business. There is NO REASON Obama should EVER meet with the head of the Treasury employees union. Ever.

Perhaps worse, there were meetings between IRS employees and Stephanie Cutter, a political operative of the president's. That is outrageous and you'd be furious if it had been Karl Rove meeting with IRS employees in advance of it being found the IRS was auditing George Soros. And you know it.
