Barry - Re:"IBM used to own 20% of Intel back in 1985" IBM began selling off their Intel investment around 1986 (they made the purchase in 1982-1983). I don't recall the exact dates but I believe they completed the sell off in late 1987 or thereabouts. They made many tens of millions of dollars. Maybe more. Too bad. They could be $24 Billion richer today - in the same league as Bill Gates! Paul
