Among that LGBT mob was a guy directing his "F--k you" stance to marriage supporters as he collected video of them on his cell. Also prominently on display was a mocking transgender pole dancer, clad in rainbow tutu and devil horns.

Having removed marriage from its historical basis (children and family), "marriage" is nothing more than a relationship between any two (or more?) people for any reason at all.

The ultimate goal of the homosexuality movement has always been and always will be: ---sex with children. Homosexual marriage is just a backdoor plan to arrive at this goal.
The author is correct that we will eventually become 'atomized'; hence free to engage in any relationship we chose thus opening up the door to likes of NAMBLA....watch for sudden legitimization of this group.
For every 'older gay couple' portrayed by the media as a normal couple just wanting to 'enjoy' a normal relationship, there are many more homosexuals who have so many sexual partners(F--k trains anyone), they would make a prostitute blush.
I have spent a lot of time with the homosexual crowd( they are heavily in the restaurant business), you cannot reach them through religion--they are mostly atheist/anti-Christian,nearly all have been sexually molested as children by older predators and the disease/ drug abuse within the homosexual community is not what is shown by the media.The Hollywood hype about the normal 'gay' couples is a farce. Most(not all) seem to be almost' brainwashed' into the homosexual movement. How do I know?? I asked them, their words, not mine.
I, too, tried to defend homosexual marriage through the libertarian lens but how does one defend sexual predators?

As a nation, we are defining ourselves by our perversities. What will the next wave of pseudo civil rights bring? From the beginning, it was promoted as an issue where gays were being discriminated against in housing and employment. Reasoned adults in this society would agree that such discrimination should not exist. After securing laws protecting gays from discrimination in housing and employment, the issue moved to gay marriage. As the movement continued to push for gay marriage, the issues blossomed to transgender issues, to gender identification issues, to .....
Sorry, but a grown adult male dressed in a fishnet whatever protesting for his rights in D.C. does little for me to take them seriously as adults.The idea that civil rights are to be extended to men that decide to dress as women, to men that decide that they are women, that (fill in your kink of the day) is preposterous.
Polygamy, pedophilia, and bestiality cannot be far behind. None of these were forbidden in the Constitution, why would they need to? Judeo-Christian values reigned supreme, 1700 + years of Christianity existed before the Constitution was written, and Jewish history predated that by 4300 + years. Do you think that Founders actually thought they were going to need to list that marriages are between a man and a woman, or that people that decide they are of a sex that is not characterized by their physical attributes would need to be told that they are not entitled to special privileges?
Grown transgendered men in fishnet clothing are not in Washington D.C. to secure their rights, they are exhibitionists, they are pruriently displaying themselves. Type "Gay Parade" into a Google Image Search and see what you get. Not something that the media would dare to show it's viewers as they bias their content to show gays in a favorable light. A recent gay rights march had gay protesters beating a Christian teens, yet, other than the Internet, I heard not peep about it on the Lamestream Media. And it's not the only one that has occurred. Do a little research for yourself.
America will continue to be dragged (pardon the unintentional pun) down by the people of loose morals of any sexual orientation. The shameful part is that the Supreme Court has taken to political activism by declaring aspects of the Defense of Marriage Act to be unconstitutional and not ruling on California's Proposition 8.
