Micny...
Sorry you feel that way.
Unfortunately, as Dr. Markman stated in the conference call, General Magic has absolutely no control over how a potential customer will choose to take advantage of their services.
The fact that other business' are either unable or unwilling to deploy GMGC's services in a rapid fashion has signaled to me only that no one wanted to take the chance of being first, and possibly fail trying to implement their business with a revolutionary new concept.
Well, it now seems General Motors has decided to get in line also, behind Excite, further validating GMGC's product, to the tune of 20 million dollars, and a million units of Onstar by Y2K's end...
OnStar will be included on nearly one million General Motors vehicles by the end of 2000, dramatically increasing its subscriber base from the current level of nearly 100,000. For more information, see onstar.com

I believe that this type of service grows incrementally, and as the service grows, so does the revenue. Again, sorry for your disappointment. Best Regards, and I hope everything works out for you.
Sincerely,
John Madarasz
