COGNF and insider buying/selling. According to one source Institutions have been selling COGNF and Insides have not bought in the last 6 months. the source on the bottom says that COGNF has an 87% rank for insider buying, supposedly for the last 3 months. What this means is that 21% of the company is owned by insiders and not that there has been any insider buying/selling in the last 3 months.
