xfein Aug 14 1998 9:59AM EDT In a leveraged buyout of bmra a lender will let you borrow 75% o co accounts receivable and 25% of inventory add to that the fact that co has no long term debt and many patents that can be sold to pay up the loan. This co is a vultures dream. Anyone interested its easy picking if you know any venture capatalist let them know. This co doesnt have a poisen pill so he can just accumulate the stockand replace management to maxamize the co potential.
