06:35 NOK Nokia upgraded to Buy at UBS; tgt raised to $20.70 (17.28 ) UBS upgrades NOK to Buy from Neutral and raises their tgt to $20.70 from $17.05. Firm believes that improvement in the co's customer mgmt processes, and more simplified approaches to mkt segmentation and product development, should reduce future execution risk. They think the co is more focused on delivering balanced solutions in terms of features and functionality across a more simplified mkt segmentation strategy. Also, they believe the co is committed to reducing net cash to ~$7-9 bln and expect it to achieve share repurchases of ~$12 bln over next 2 years. This, in conjunction with forecast dividends, is expected to result in cash return to shareholders in excess of 20% over next 2 years.
