I perceive a real change in the sentiment of the governemnt to assisting the foreign investor in Kazakhstan. The president and some others in government are now much more aware of the sensitivity of companies and their shareholders to comments and actions of government. This was probably brought home in the recent visit to the USA and the head of government meeting and the recent meeting of foreign investors in Almaty. I To the future - onward we march. As I have always said I perceive a very bright future for this country with strong leadership - well tranined professionals and a wonderful resource base. Regards John Menzies
