Pluvia, I applaud your research, the Cable Labs letter is a good scoop. No, a GREAT scoop. I'd sure like to know how you got your hands on that one! Fortunately, I got into TERN before its last big run-up (due to Gilder's recent mention in his newsletter) and I'll be getting out tomorrow with a small loss, because I can see that TERN is going to become consumed with defending against shareholder lawsuits etc...due to the way they are misleading the investing public. I still believe that TERN has great technology, but if they can't play well within their industry, they will "run out of runway" pretty soon. Gilder can pick the technology, but he obviously can't do all the DD on these emerging tech companies, and it seems like the executives at TERN aren't used to telling the truth. That said, I'd sure like to see you tone down your rhetoric. Some of your posts are insulting and plain disgusting. There is no excuse for treating other human beings the way you do on these threads.....if some people (longs) seem to insult you (and nobody generates more wrath than a short, even one who's right) rise above it. We'll all be the better for it.
