John,

Good question.

<<If the float is larger than it appears...which may be correct, because the only information I have is from previous 10Q and have not checked with investor relations as of yet...will do it tomorrow...then wouldn't this past weeks stock price be an even more bullish outlook since stock was still able to move 300% upward with such a high float in a very little time...this would show to me that there are even more buyers than I would have thought and makes me even more bullish (if possible) on this stock...>>

I would not consider having a larger float more bullish. Just the opposite. The bigger the float the more dollars of buying required to move the stock higher. Generally you need to "trade out" a certain percentage of the float for a stock to rise and establish a new base. If for example, you need to trade 100% of the float to move the stock 200% higher, a company with a 10 million share float trading at two dollars would need twenty million dollars of stock to trade 100% of the float. A company with a three million share float trading at two dollars needs only 6 million dollars of stock to trade 100% of the float. In short, the smaller float company has higher potential of moving to a higher stock price more quickly.

Hope that helps.

Cheers Steve
