I wasn't speaking as to whether RMBS would go up or down. I was giving MHO regarding your concerns about RMBS & royalty payments in relation to what transpired on the CC today. My mention of share price in AH was to show that the general market reaction to the CC was not hurting RMBS. I do not doubt a good spin doctor could write an article, or start a rumor around the trading desks to cause a panic on these issues. However, I still think that IF there was a real threat & RMBS Mgmt is already aware of it, then they would have surely discussed it today. Sitting on it now would be......... well.......... it would be real good for your short position...... And I do not think that RMBS wants anymore headaches at this time. I'm sure RMBS weighed the risks of what they should/could disclose prior to the CC, don't you? IMO, there will be plenty of issues, real & imagined to affect RMBS share price. Considering that for those with a financial interest, it's either love 'em, or hate 'em...... so there's bound to be some less than wholesome info disseminated too...... it's so common anymore thanks to the speed of the internet..... & those folks who wish to benefit financially that don't worry about things like morals & ethics. FWIW, my RMBS shares are covered. If there is bad news of the FUD variety, I'll uncover & look to recover when there is good news of any variety...... unless the news is really good :-o Ö¿Ö
