Jim, I don't think jacking up RDRAM royalties is an option. A year or so ago, Mike Magee reported that Intel/RMBS contract stipulates that royalties over 2% go to Intel, not Rambus. I'm pretty sure that I checked the SEC filing on that one, too.

Do you recall whether or not the payments in excess of 2% going to INTC is applicable to SDRAM/DDR or only to DRDRAM?
