Carl I am struck dumb: Meanwhile, as you saw in today's conference call, Rambus management will continue to shine the investors. Because of that, this is still a dangerous stock to short, I think. I just listened to the CC and I still don't believe it. I have no doubt that that performance by Tate has been duly recorded by MU's trial counsel. The guy is just hours removed from a legal determination that his "business plan" amounts to FRAUD and he has the gall to not only contest the judgment but to actually recite a litany of claimed RMBS "inventions", DLL, mode register, use of both clock edges, etc... that he came no where near proving in court! The punitive damage awards will escalate in each of the succeeding trials, if he keeps flapping his gums like this. Sooner or later they will hit on a number that will get his attention. This Tate is a real piece of work. Its as though he was cloned at the Jobs-Gates Memorial Institute of Ego Enhancement.<vbg> That's the first time I've ever "heard" him speak. Does everyone at RMBS go around making such claims? If so, its no wonder MU hates their guts. Twenty years ago they could probably have bluffed their way through this kind of scheme. Fortunately, their patent practices aren't any better than their fraudulent practices.<Ho Ha 8-> 0\|0 P.S. Great summary of the legal "outlook." I see you have discovered that the only prerequisites to a claim of legal "expertise" is the ability comprehend the written word; and a willingness to spend your professional life trying to make sense of the actions of those who can't.
