Putting posters in every room addressing homophobia seems a bit over the top to me. Unless you have the walls papered over with posters that say "no room for spitting," "...applying finger nail polish,"...cursing," etc. as well. Hey -- what do you have against spitters? Are you suffering from spitophobia? You are hereby assigned to obtain sensitiviy treatment for your discrimination against spitters. Shame on you.
