Why don't you read all the posts and gather all the tons of available information on the Internet concerning Y2K and make your own assessment? If you don't want to face up to the very likelihood of major disruptions: power outages, scarcity of food and water, massive oil shortages, that's your choice. I'm "Pro Choice."
