Jamie: I'm sorry for my snippiness (that doesn't look right - should it be snippyness? Not in my pocket dictionary.) It was not intended. Your explanation makes sense, but I wonder where that leaves the company with Chicago and B.C. Transit. Will they still deliver to those customers, or are they just going back to the drawing board for a few years?
