Eric,

I don't own TER or COHU, so I am not familiar with the numbers. I was talking mostly qualitatively. To clarify, TER's testers are critical technology for chip makers, but COHU's handlers are not. For this reason, I suggested that while both are in the back end testing area of chip making, their valuations need not be equal.
