Alliance Pipeline -1.3 BCFD Startup: Can someone explain the impact of the startup of the Alliance pipeline in regards to the following: 1. Will the daily flow rate initially come from storage, shutin wells or from gas presently flowing in other pipelines? 2. What will the initial rates be? 3. How much competition will there be for gas by pipelines in Alberta? 4. How did the bad weather reported by Precision affect the availability of gas for this pipeline. This strikes me as an amazing step function impact to the Alberta gas markets. Any help in understanding the impacts will be appreciated. Thanks, Bob
