there is no such thing as a Cooper whoops buy. Shorts stock below 10 and 50 day MA. prev day close must be below open today's open must be at least 1/4 above yesterday's close Sell short 1/8 below prev close Notice that this is an intraday trade, requiring RT most of which will give list of gaps. It is a day trade, for best part. the only thing an EOD scan would give you is stocks below 10 and 50 ma, 1000s of them.
