And taking "Q" and part of my retirement income with it. I agree with your logic but why are the courts voting against Qcom? Is there no one at the Q that cannot defend our position or we did we steal the patents without paying for them ? If the Federal Judge set the royalties rates that high for Brcm what should Q set their rates at for WCDMA patents that do own? Bill
