I am doing a "cut and paste" from my rss feed on most of my posts from blogs. There is no immediate URL available at the blog feed. I make sure to type in the source at the top, but it is a hassle to go though the rss feed to the URL on most of my blog posts. I do it when a poll, etc, is involved and you might want to check the source. I don't bother on minor comments. If you want to check for a URL, a google on "Captain Ed," for instance, will return four URL's to his blog immediately.
