Take a look at Wildfire out of Boston. You can try their service at 1-800-WILDFIRE. Last time I reviewed their software they were using a less functional speech recognizer. It didn't allow barge-in and was not natural language. Wildfire/GM are the two that have built specifically virtual assistants. Call Sciences, AccessLine, Priority Call Management (think they were bought out), Periphonics, and some others developed "One Number" services which they are now adding voice to. The speech engine in GM is either Nuance or one other vendor whom I can't think of right now. Good Luck. Cloudless
