Cute! So Avant and Cadence are still at it?! I'd say that if the legal fights go on for long period of times, they'll get "ignored" rather than "discounted". How in the world can you discount an ongoing fight for so long which can have serious ramifications for those involved. More likely the market ignores and figures there will be an out of court settlement. I will start buying RMBS when it begins to move up on bad news. ST
