Spin is nothing but illusory tripe. While the early setbacks can be upsetting why should we be surprised? It was pre ordained for Q to stand there and take punches so long as BRCM had no meaningful product that infringes and NOK had arbitration clauses that delayed Q's counter attack. If it comes down to it I think Q like Rocky Balboa will take an early beating only to come back with a vengeance and pound their enemy to defeat. With NOK stripped from Q's earnings we can proceed as if they did not exist and enjoy the gravy when it's ready. On the other hand just like those that want to worry over every turn of the page I want Q to thump their opponents hard but will probably be disappointed when things ultimately are resolved away from the public arena and with out any creative PR's from BRCM.
