Raglanroadie - where do you get 23 months from? January 2009 is 12 months from today.

The initial decision by Judge Selna I believe was May 2007 - so that gave Q 19 months for a workaround. But then the amount was lowered from 38 Mil to 19 Mil by Judge Selna in light of a new Supreme Court decision which voided the WILLFUL infringement part of this decsion and I thought that was the end of this case obviously in error. I think the whole case was tainted with this willful infringement overtone and should definitely be appealed and retried.
