Jan, I was inquiring about the ability to set up variables (values) which retain their value across symbols while a scan is running.

In QuotesPlus2, this is not possible. Each time a new symbol is processed, the variables are reset. This makes it impossible to perform computations based upon input from more than one symbol.

Does MetaStock permit "global" variables?
