I "think" I agree.

It certainly seems ridiculous that if you have a job in Illinois and then get transferred to Indiana you can't keep the SAME coverage because of different state regulations.

BUT, I think there might have been a reason for this screwy system in the first place and I certainly don't want regulation to give way to the kinda crap we are now seeing with law firms, etc. where you could have any little moron with enough bucks to run a commercial able to SAY he/they/it can give you health insurance for just 29.95 per month.
