Well, it does suggest he has some issues with a lack of judgment.

I don't personally care about it, but if I were voting for or against him I would conclude he just doesn't have the sense to get in out of the rain.

Can you imagine that only a couple decades ago, poor Bob Packwood was run out of office for trying to kiss someone? My, how an Oval Office blowjob changes what Americans will tolerate from their politicians.
