Christine, now that I have heard more about the issue. I believe they should give the child back only if the father comes and gets him. After all, the mother died trying to bring the child to freedom and liberty. We don't really know what the father wants as long as he is living under the thumb of a dictator like Castro. It's also interesting to note that both Democratic Presidential candidates have sided with the Cuban American community in Florida and stated they believe the child should stay. So it looks like both Democratic Presidential candidates are pandering to the Cuban American community as well. Florida must be viewed as an important state for the next Presidential election.
