Yes it could happen....both the house values go sideways and the renters getting better deals..
Celebration FL the hometown of tommorrow in Orlando is experiencing that right now right here today..
One bedroom apartments were renting for 1100 two years ago..
so they flooded the market and added 2500 new rentals...
P.S. the ones that were built 2/3 years ago by the Gables Corporation that used to be 1100 dollars are now $750 a month..
