Volt look at Scandisk, guy in the bus at cancun was taking pictures of my 4 year old daughter Alaina, and showing them to me right there on a digital screen. He was a Kodak rep on vacation. I asked him what it was and he said scandisk. He popped it out and showed me. Said it will eliminate film.
He also owned qcom, so we hit it off. Been doing a little DD on SNDK on SI.

"SanDisk technology is "disruptive" according to the discussion on Wall Street Week with Louis Rukeyser this past Friday night.
This is a Gorilla Game term that describes an innovative technology that replaces a previously entrenched solution.

***SanDisk is disruptive to chemical film processing. Digital photography and the value chain which has developed around it clearly threaten the 35mm film industry.

***SanDisk is disruptive to the previous distribution chain for the sale of content such as music, books, maps and other "digitizable" properties.

***SanDisk is disruptive to the PC market as it draws people away from their desktops and facilitates a mobile personal computing experience.

***SanDisk may revolutionize the current paradigm that governs how personal medical records are stored, accessed and transported.

SanDisk is the only pure-play in the burgeoning digital photography, MP3/Internet audio and mobile computing/Internet-ready cell phone markets.
