You must be stuck in some sort of flip-flopping time warp. "In the past..."BUt then she will use her shrewdness to wait out until March 2004, see how things are with Iraq, economy etc. and then decide. "Way in the past..." Bush folks have some news on Osama, Saddam etc. which they will release around March 2003, when the economy (jobfront) becomes really bad. And likely as untrue as most of the stuff you post.
