O'Malley is running for president so he is trying to go as far to the whacky left as possible, he wants to out left calif. he raised like 167 taxes last session.

we have a rain tax, a flush tax, a bag tax, a dog tax , a cat tax, and now he is gonna double the price of electricity in the state to save the planet and get this create jobs, what company is gonna come here when electricity cost twice what it does in VA,DEL, PA, WVA. what bullshit
