Well this is where the rubber meets the road. We have the cross licensing business model versus the no cross licensing model. It puts the MM at a seeming disadvantage with respect to a fabless innovator. It is not uncommon for semiconductor companies to pay .5% per patent where there is no cross licensing arrangement.
