CNet radio (1220 AM in SJ/SF) had a clown on this morning who said that bear markets have averaged 13 months in length and Nasdaq has been dumping for 11 months. ergo, this bear market is just about done, and it's time to start buying INTC, NT, and NOK. Sheesh.
