It means that as of this Friday, CSHK will no longer be traded on the OTC through the on-line system of MM's. It will be relegated to what is called the pink sheets. It means that they are being disqualified from enjoying access to the OTC markets on the basis of not reporting adequate financial disclosure information to the SEC. It does not mean that they are defunct. Nor does it mean that they can not rectify their situation. Salvation is always at hand for those that fully disclose. But I think it does mean that shares of CSHKE will be a bit less liquid as they will not be as freely trading, since currently trading pink sheet stocks on-line is not available to the individual investor. (You can still trade through your broker I believe.) Btw: To access my music selection you need to access geocities.com first. Then you can access geocities.com directly. It looks to me that Yahoo discourages such direct links to things like music files by not honouring url's that haven't been at the referring page.
