A question on the 4 cents put aside from earnings for legal matters - was this decision included in that estimate? The answer was that Q never anticipated the severity of this judge's order and this order is different than anything they ever expected. IMHO it is so bad that it is appealable. The whole case is because of the tainted instructions to the jury of willful infringement, etc.
