Yes, I can close it but why does it hang? Right now it's in another SI tab, still on the screen an hour and a half later like in my pic I uploaded.

It should close as soon as I move the cursor off the image, but it won't. It's always been an annoyance, but today I thought I'd like to find out what's going on with it.
