In fact, Rambus indeed lost all their legal
battles. Yes, all. The Hitachi, Oki, whatever,
these were legal threats that were quietly settled,
not battles. >>

Dont waste your time...Tim see's the world thru a special set of glasses.......only what he deems credible, is indeed credible, and you could put the court judgements in his lap, and he would still find a way to try and weasle his spin doctoring pompous butt, to put a positive light on the lost court cases....he sees things one way......his way...Period!
