Windows 2000 does not appear to be available on the webpc. On the Dimension line, it is a $200 adder... so apples to apples, it looks like nearly $400 difference for similar machines, with no way to configure the Webpc as a commercial machine. DELL obviously protecting its commercial product margins. This is not an aggressive product or price.
