Don't expect an explanation or clarification from Capellas, he's "too busy" to respond
CPQ already responded to this, the day after the original "story" broke. The SEC filing must list all risks. The clarification CPQ issues was that the actual impact looked to be much less and would be included in normal operating costs. The computer line was not discontinued.

Since this decision happened in August and the programs around it were made public in September, I don't know why CPQ should do more than issue a clarification referencing the earlier statements.
