The basic teaching, which is stated clearly in John 23, is that all rights are granted to those who ask.

For God to grant a right, means that he took some of our will in the first place.

The basic teaching is that you give up the free will to get the gifts of the spirit, of which make up the inalienable rights of the Creator referred to in the Declaration. You invite them in. Once you have, the founders thought no tyrant or any government should be able to restrict them or take them away.

You guys understand Christianity about as well as you understand the Constitution.
