Thanks for all the summaries of the CNN interview. There is something not quite right about the CEO of major company like COMPAQ being put in a position like that. An effective PR campaign should take the media by the scruff of the neck. The CEO should not be wheeled out in the hope that relevant questions will be asked. The substance of an interview should be agreed in advance and if it cannot be agreed then forgeraboutit.
