The operation of a subset of terminals even by a company owned by a foreign government is not running our ports. And even your broadened denial has the essential elements of classic racism. An individual, a company or a country are groupings of individuals.

You deny equal opportunity to others based on no guilt, built only on some fear of evil intent, you judge and assign guilt.
