To understand a little more about the technology issues, browse throug postings made by Steve and myself (and my alter ego, Whoomi Tellalie) over the last 12 months, in the threads of CLFY, VNTV, SCOP, RMDY and yes, SWRT.

In a nutshell, SWRT is a 'pure-play' in customer support/help desk. VNTV, SCOP and CLFY are going for the entire front-office functionality.
