Joe- I agree with you that they are a good long term prospect. I would like to clarify one of your assumptions though.

Satcon has made money in the past. They have gone through a couple of rocky years as they have transitioned away from being primarily a defense contractor and into the private business arena. They lost a lot of funding when the Patriot project was halted, but the company is on solid ground and moving forward. So yes, SatCon does know how to make a profit.
