Are you kidding ?? This is very positive news! If the deal goes through it will once and for all end the questions over the FAD's
The key is they will have positive cash flow. The loss will be a
paper loss generated by things like deprciation etc. I was very pleased to read that annoucement. Also with the new credit fear
of dilitive financing to fule the growth will be eased. I view it as
a positive annoucement.
